"From our initial meeting with Fanny my husband and I both agreed that there was something warm and trusting about her.  For my husband who is more cautious than I am about forming connections, that was a big step to agree from the get go that there was something unique about Fanny.  We ended up not being interested in the property we saw with her but felt so comfortable from the start that we agreed to use her to sell our current property and buy the new one.

Fanny was fantastic. She listened to us, was extremely flexible, really showed us only what we were interested in and did not try to push our limits and really surpassed our expectations.  She became part of our family and in the end she was vested as we were in the whole process.  She wanted to find us the perfect home, as well as get us good, credible buyers. Our experience could have been very difficult owing to circumstances beyond our control but Fanny was by our side through it all.  In the end, I was grateful for the day we happened to meet her.

I do not think one could find a more exceptional and dedicated individual who is such a credit to her profession.  I have and will continue to recommend her services to anyone who I know is interested in buying or selling property.

Perhaps though the thing I think put her at the top of the list is that I still contact her when seeking out information about my new community which I love, and she is always available to help.
